We are looking for a food and people passionate Shop Assistant to join our friendly Eagles family.
Responsibilities
- Provide great customer service and ability to recognise customer's needs
- Play an integral part of the team bringing energy and fun
- Be hard-working and flexible
- Open to learning new skills and self-developing
- Undertake all tasks; deli counter service; till operation and re-stocking etc.
- Able to respond to customer inquiries and requests with confidence
Desirable Skills
- Experience in customer service – or the want to learn and improve
- Has the ability to remain calm in busy periods
- Demonstrate organization, efficiency and prioritisation skills
- Experience of working in a food environment and passion for fine and high-quality produce
- Desire to obtain knowledge on products with an ability to recommend and up-sell products to customers
- Cutting, weighing, packaging, and pricing meats and cheeses (training will be provided)

There is potential for more hours during peak times and holiday cover.
